My rates are fair, transparent, and reflect the fact you’re getting proper HR expertise without the faff of hiring someone permanent.

For my adhoc advice, I charge an upfront £100 credit to get us started – think of it like topping up your HR piggy bank. My time is then charged at around £35 per hour, and I’ll always keep you posted on how much of your credit you've used, so there are no surprises. When you're running low, I’ll give you a heads-up – and you can top up as needed. Easy, flexible, and no awkward invoices popping up out of nowhere.

For bigger projects, we’ll agree a plan together, and I’ll give you an estimate of how many hours it'll take, so you’ve got a ballpark from the get-go. I’ll keep track as we go, with regular updates so you’re always in control.
